Make a list of the things you love or like about yourself. If you find this exercise hard to do, try making a list of things you're good at. Everyone is good at something. Maybe it’s the fact that you kick ass at baking or you have Shakira dance moves!
Ask your close friends and family members, people whose opinions you value, to tell you what your best qualities are. Young Kid’s opinions are great for this because they are so open and honest and often have a lot of insight into this kind of thing.
Find a song that is "your song" – something that resonates with the way you feel about yourself. And take this another step further and make a self worth playlist with lots of empowering songs on it .
Check in with values and core beliefs and see if your current lifestyle reflects them.
Try making friends with your critical side and break free from those harmful cycles of comparison, self-doubt, and external validation.
