This space is for women who are asking bigger questions about their lives, their relationships, their purpose, and their wellbeing.
Through thoughtful conversations and reflections, we explore the many ways women move through stress, adversity, reinvention, and growth. Along the way we draw from contemporary perspectives as well as the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Indigenous philosophies, and lived experience.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s awareness.
Because sometimes the moment you feel closest to the edge is also the moment something new begins.
Here, the conversation is about moving from surviving to thriving, from chaos to calm, one honest step at a time.

Growing up, I never knew a relaxed woman
Successful women? Yes.
Productive Women? Plenty.
Anxious and afraid and apologetic women? Heaps of them.
But relaxed women? At ease women? Women who aren't afraid to take up space in the world? Women who prioritise rest and pleasure and play? Women who give themselves unconditional permission to relax - without guilt, without apology, without feeling like they need to earn it? I'm not sure I've ever met a woman like that.
But I would like to become one. I would like us all to become one.
