Welcome to...
Life has a way of bringing us to the brink sometimes; moments when stress piles up, old stories surface, or the path forward isn’t as clear as it once was.
This space is for women who are asking bigger questions about their lives, their relationships, their purpose, and their wellbeing.
Through thoughtful conversations and reflections, we explore the many ways women move through stress, adversity, reinvention, and growth. Along the way we draw from contemporary perspectives as well as the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Indigenous philosophies, and lived experience.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s awareness.
Because sometimes the moment you feel closest to the edge is also the moment something new begins.
Here, the conversation is about moving from surviving to thriving, from chaos to calm, one honest step at a time.

A podcast about navigating life with honesty, reflection, and a little courage.
HOW THIS PODCAST CAME TO BE.....
In both my professional and personal life I've seen more and more women struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, frustration, anger, apathy, and withdrawing from their lives. They feel overwhelmed or burned out and are truly not thriving. With this in mind, a decision was made to create a resource where these issues could be discussed, solutions integrated, and a path mapped out for success so women can unlock their true potential.
