SHIFT Sessions
Have you devoured the self-help books, tuned into all the podcasts, maybe even dabbled in journaling or meditation—but somehow, you’re still stuck? The same emotional patterns keep cycling through: relationships that sap your energy, a job that doesn’t quite align with your deeper purpose, family dynamics where you feel invisible, or a constant undercurrent of anxiety or old wounds that just won’t ease up.

On the outside, you might look fine. Inside, it’s another story—overwhelmed, disconnected, apathetic. Like you’re watching your life happen from a distance, bracing for something to go wrong, or wondering if you’ll ever feel truly lit up by anything again. Maybe your spark is just... gone. You crave clarity, connection, and a real sense of purpose—but you’re not sure how to find your way back to it.

I’m Chris Jeffrey—Registered Acupuncturist, Doula, and Mindset Coach—and I help women break out of these stuck, stress-fueled patterns. Together, we’ll gently unravel what’s been holding you back, so you can reconnect with your inner steadiness, your purpose, and the version of life that feels like yours.

Your sessions will look at emotional, physical and spiritual wellness from both a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective and modern cognitive therapies. The purpose of Mindset Coaching is to assist women going through life's changes, challenges and adversity and create short and long term goals.
​
Each session is 1 hour in duration and can be done virtually or in person. One session can provide stress management tools, decision-making support, and emotional processing after a triggering event. Four or more sessions can assist with unlearning internalized beliefs, reconnecting with purpose, improving boundaries, and changing relationship dynamics.
